Liddle & Associates are attorneys that previously represented Banks, but we have experienced a crisis of conscience and started our new consumer-centered legal practice, specialising in consumers and their rights. We decided to no longer represent banks, credit providers or any big corporate interests as this detracts from our vision, creates a conflict of interest and compromises our ability to represent consumers effectively. Consumers need to realise that their interests need to be solely protected in any and every aspect of the law. We at Liddle and Associates provide our experience and expertise to guide consumers to understand their rights and empower them to make exercise these rights.

Liddle and Associates ensures that clients have enough support, time and guidance when they are faced with difficult life decisions like selling their homes. We strive to foster a trusting relationship with our clients so that the client can be as involved in the transfer process as possible. Our Directors have worked as conveyancers for all four major banks and offer expertise and experience in all issues related to property transfers.
